We build the apps, websites, business systems, games, worldsyou imagine

We listen and dig into the task, turn it into a clear specification ourselves, carry it through to a working product and stay around after launch.

  • Source code and docs stay with you

Our products

What we came up with and built ourselves:

Live

Na Vstrechu

A Telegram bot for communities and teams: once a week it asks who is in, pairs people up and announces the meetings. It introduces people who would otherwise never cross paths.

In development

Tutoshnik

A web and mobile app for schools, colleges and training centres. Parents are notified the moment a child is missing from class.

Client work

Come with a task, leave with a working product. What exactly to build, what it costs and how it fits with the tools you already use — that part is ours.

How the work goes

  1. 1Half an hour of real conversation: what happens now, what gets in the way, what you want instead. By the end you know the rough price and the rough timeline. Free of charge.
  2. 2What is included and what is not, the price and the deadline. The price does not grow after that: anything beyond the specification is quoted first and done only with your approval.
  3. 3We do not go quiet: we show work in progress along the way, and if you need it more often we agree on the rhythm at the start.
  4. 4We walk your people through their own real tasks, answer questions and leave a guide they can come back to any time. Source code, documentation and access stay with you — any developer can carry on.

What we do and what it costs

We work out the exact price for your own task.

Tell us about your project

Yes, come as you are. We write the specification ourselves: it is the first stage of the work, not your homework. You tell us what isn't working for you now, we ask questions until we understand, and we revise the text until you say “yes, that's it”. From that moment the price and scope are fixed.

Yes, of course. We sign it before the first call: we send you the agreement, and it can be signed online. Everything you tell us stays between us.

We work officially, under a contract, with an invoice and closing documents. We don't ask you to pay for the whole project up front. Payment is tied to results: we split the project into clear stages, and you pay for the work in parts. We start a stage, finish it, hand it over and move on to the next. That way you always see exactly what you are paying for.

These are two different models. With Time & Materials you pay for the hours actually spent: flexible, but nobody knows the final sum in advance. With a Fixed Price the scope and cost are written into the specification before work starts, and the price doesn't change after that.

We work at a fixed price: you know the final sum before we start, and if we misjudged the estimate, that's our problem, not yours. Anything beyond the specification is quoted first and done only with your approval. The only thing we bill by the hour is support after launch: a fixed package of hours per month, with tasks chosen by you.

From the very first call you talk to the lead developer who will design your system. He holds a PhD in engineering and has designed the architecture of complex systems for banks and contact centres.

The code is written to strict engineering standards and covered by tests. But most importantly, you check everything yourself. Before handover we deploy the project in test mode so you can try it out on your real tasks.

Yes, the project is yours. The domain and server are registered in your name, and at handover we give you the source code, documentation and access. Any developer can continue the work, not only us.

We fix it. All our projects come with a free warranty period of 3 months after launch. If a bug turns up during that time, we fix it free of charge: these are our mistakes, and you shouldn't pay for them.

After the warranty ends we don't walk away from the project. We can take it on for support — keeping it stable and developing the system for new tasks. And if new people join your team, we'll train them too.

We'll add it. It is estimated the same way as the project itself: price and scope first, and work starts only with your approval.

Training your team is part of the project: the system is there to be used, not to tick a box. If new people join later, we'll train them too, as a separate piece of work.

You talk directly to the people who run the project and build it. Your words aren't retold down a chain or lost in support tickets. You see a working version as the work goes on, and if something doesn't go to plan, you hear it from us straight away.

Our systems are built on .NET and PostgreSQL. These are powerful technologies that banks and large corporations run on. Our lead developer and team lead has been building professional solutions with them for almost 9 years. We build interfaces and websites with TypeScript and Next.js.

We deliberately choose technologies proven by time and by the industry, not passing trends. That way your project lives long, is easy to maintain, and if needed any qualified developer can continue working on it.

About & Contacts

A small team with a big love for detail.

Gleecode

Gleecode is the two of us, Mikhail and Anna. We build apps, web services and bots — the kind we would want to use ourselves.

Gleecode

What matters to us is that they are fast, reliable and easy to use. We design, develop and maintain everything ourselves. Just useful tools, made with care.

Developer

PhD in engineering. Programmed control of a robotic manipulator and lessons in virtual reality. Almost 9 years of .NET: banks, contact centres, enterprise access management.

Analyst

Five and a half years coordinating inspections: contracts, tasks for contractors, reports for clients. Rolled out a CRM on the customer’s side. Came up with and made the mobile game Cat’s House.

Developer

Managed teams of 10+ people. Cut launching a marketing campaign from three days of development to an hour of configuration.
